Shikudo additions

With a new day, we bring you some additions to Shikudo. Here are the details:

Firstly, we've added three new artefacts to the artefact special weapons shop:
- An iron shoe (300 credits).
- A black leather strapping (500 credits).
- A metal crowning (800 credits).

You may attach each of these to your Shikudo staff, though only one of each, and in ascending order of cost (i.e. you can't attach a strapping until you've attached a shoe, and you can't attach a crowning until you've attached a strapping). Each artefact attached to your staff shall increase the damage your Shikudo attacks deal (this applies to limb damage as well as health):
Level 1: 10%
Level 2: 15%
Level 3: 20%

Attaching any one of these artefacts to your staff will update the description of said weapon to reflect that (unless otherwise customised) and make the staff reset to you.

Additionally, morphing artefact weapons may now turn into staves, which will count as level three artefact weapons for all practical purposes: as will the Staff of Nicator.

Beyond artefacts, the KILL command will now intelligently utilise Shikudo attacks based on your current form, and form is now reflected in GMCP if you are practicing Shikudo. Stance will now only show if you are practicing Tekura.

Enjoy!
