Another round of bugs and ideas submitted by players, some large, some small...

* The Historical talisman set may now be successfully completed, for those diligent enough to have completed it!
* Those attempting to skirt both the rules and the laws of physics by wearing two suits of armour, shall find that they may no longer do so.
* As an extension of the NAMETELL change from ANNOUNCE 4738, Tells issued via TELL <partial name> <message> must now also include at least 3 letters of a partial name, in order to prevent mistakes.
* Owners of a Sharilian lightspire (or the level 2 illusion power) should now find that the indicator of the charges remaining is more grammatically correct; as well, there should no longer be an errant extra newline at the end of AREA illusions conjured.
* Tapestries produced by the Furnishing tradeskill should now have slightly less repetitive descriptions which do not repeat themselves as repetitively.
* The tuning artefact power should now be affect Devotion rites, even when it is transferred or purchased on a different item.

Player-suggested IDEAs
* You may now set a REMINDER with the REPEATING option without specifying a year if you wish it to begin repeating with the immediate next date.
* New atmospheric messages should periodically appear while on-board a ship which is docked in a harbour (and a bonus typo was also fixed in one of these messages thanks to some eagle-eyed seamen!)
* Those who purchase a marketeers license will now find this reflected in their HONOURSF

The team continues to wade through the BUG and IDEA list, so please have patience if a particular bug continues to vex you, or the outstanding idea you have still languishes. As always, you may ISSUE ME with any especially urgent matter requiring the attention of the Administration!

Penned by My hand on the 17th of Daedalan, in the year 739 AF.
