Groups, Marks, and Curing

We've just released an overhaul to the way grouping and following work, proving more functionality and improvements. The details of the changes are as follows:
* Groups are now considered a single entity, if you follow someone who is following someone else, you'll be added to the main group.
* GROUPTELL/GT has been added as an easy method of communicating to those in your group.
* Group members will receive a notification when someone is left behind or departs the group. Adventurers using the SHADOW ability are hidden from this notification.
* Entries and exits for the entire party will now be grouped on a single line.
* Following denizen entourages are hidden by default when travelling in a group.
Stay tuned for some other great new additions that will stem from these changes in the near future.

Additionally, we've implemented a few player-submitted IDEAs and updates to the server-side curing system, here's the list:
* The identities of the Avenging Arrow and the Silent Executioner are listed in MARKWHO for non-marks.
* CURING QUEUE LIST has been added.
* AFFS and DEFS are now valid substitutions for AFFLICTIONS and DEFENCES in CURING commands.
* Over 50 new class defences have been added to the server-side curing system for keep-up.
* SLEEP and SIT (when entered by the player, and not a forced command) will no longer attempt to auto-cure, allowing you to do these commands without disabling the curing system.
