few changes

1. Tekura grading has been changed. No longer will newbie monks have to spend the first hours of their lives in Achaea pointlessly demonstrating kata over and over in order to advance their skill. Tekura users still need to be graded to advance, but a grading should succeed every time, barring interruption by attack, affliction, etc. Tekura users can also demonstrate katas up to one level above their current skillrank. In the future, we are likely to turn demonstrating kata into something functional for monks, but for now, it will be flavor-only.

2. Health and mana regen from sleeping/meditating has been approximately doubled, and willpower/endurance regen from them has been doubled, but only for people under level 30.
