HELP THEFT has been revised to include a new blanket prohibition on attacking or hindering a player for the purpose of theft. This change is effective immediately.

We are introducing this change after monitoring gameplay and considering feedback from players since the introduction of simplified PK rules (see Announce #3700), and will be watching its effect.
