Scars from the coming of Bal'met still mar the lands of Sapience! All who remember the tragic death of Ashaxei surely recall the subsequent destruction of the desert village of El'Jazira. Swallowed, too, was the well-known landmark known as "the Oasis," leaving contenders for the Effigy of Victory wondering what would become of the planting location.

Never fear! A new location has been chosen nearby. We invite you to familiarise yourselves with "Overlooking the Mhojave crater," just south of the destruction site, prior to this weekend's competition.
