I've also loaded in a couple of small changes to essence, following on
from the recent offering/defiling changes. The details are as follows:

* Divine essence loss on death has been reduced to a comparable level to
the new corpse values.
* Ivory/Quisalis marks now gain 100% of the new essence values for their
patron on a successful kill.
